Tutorial:
Fringed Scarf

The Inspiration:

Love Quotes Linen Knotted Fringed Scarf that runs for over $88.  Seen on Kim Kardashian:

Can you believe that such a simple accessory can run for so much money?!  Here's a way to create your own fringed scarf with that old tshirt that has been sitting in your closet for years collecting dust, and all you need is a pair of scissors!  And it takes little to no effort at all in less than 30 minutes!

Materials:

Old T-shirt (the longer and wider the T-shirt is the bigger the scarf!)
Scissors

Step 1:

Cut the shirt straight across horizontally right underneath the sleeves.  The bottom rectangular tube will be your scarf!

Step 2:

Cut off the bottom hem of the rectangular tube.

Step 3:

Slice vertical strips all around the rectangular tube for the fringes.  They can be as wide or long as you like.

Step 4:

Tug on each individual fringe to stretch and elongate them.

Optional
Step 5:

Tie a knot at the end of each individual fringe.

Optional
Step 6:

Tug on each individual fringe with the knot to stretch and elongate them.

Step 7:

This is what your fringed scarf should look like when you're done!

Final Result:

Fringed scarves are so on trend and can give that extra oomph to make any casual outfits super chic and effortless!.

Good luck, have fun, & enjoy!
